Who is Joseph Medina?
Joseph Medina began his career in real estate as a leasing agent, and found satisfaction in being able to help people in a stressful situation find a home. This motivated him to pursue a full-time career in the industry, and he went on to become a real estate broker. For the past seven years, Joseph has leveraged his vast knowledge of property management and investment potential to guide his clients through future projections of income from rentals to sales. His success working with both investors and tenants led him to a job overseeing leasing and management operations for over 100 residential units in a dozen different properties in the Tampa Bay area, ranging from condos to multi-unit buildings.
He understands that buying or selling a home is a major event in a person’s life, and loves that he can assist his clients throughout the entire transaction. Joseph views his clients as partners, and prides himself on always being available for them and making sure they know they can count on him to represent their best interests. He prioritizes his clients’ interests, representing them with tenacity, advocacy, and integrity.
